Aviation has been a way of life for Don. He took his first airplane ride at the tender age of two months and grew up in an aviation family. With an uncle flying heavy metal for Delta Airlines, a grandfather flying corporate after a stint as a military flight instructor, and a grandmother with an ownership interest in a local FBO, it was almost pre-determined that Don would gravitate to the aviation industry.

In his role as Director of Aviation Services for Select Air Group, Don is responsible for all customer contact issues, including pricing, scheduling, and quality control. He earned a B.S. in Aviation Technology and is an instrument-rated commercial pilot. Don is also owner/broker of Freedom Properties, a real estate brokerage firm located in Parkville, MO.

Jennifer is an instrument-rated commercial pilot and holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management. As Director of Pilot Recruitment, she is responsible for the creation and management of Select Air Group's extensive pilot network. Close coordination between Jennifer and Don ensures that proper crewing is available and assigned to each job in order to provide the utmost in service to our customers.

Jennifer is also the owner of Wines by Jennifer, a global wine boutique located in Parkville, MO.
