artwork while relaxing with your glass of wine. The Art Gallery
is a very comfortable atmosphere, and all of the artwork on the
walls are for sale by the Featured Artist.

Doug Bates
Douglas
A. Bates specializes in oil on canvas, an impressionistic
pointillism
style similar to Seurat. Doug has exhibited his works at the
following spaces: Shiraz 2001, 2002 Grand Art Gallery, 2001
Dean and Deluca,
current Images of Old Greenwich, ongoing Leawood Fine Arts, ongoing
Unity on the Plaza, 2003.
"Creating art,
for me, represents a continuous reminder to enjoy life and the
experience of living. Regardless of how chaotic the universe may
seem, once I settle into my studio and enter the creative process,
I feel an overwhelming sense of serenity. My paintings are an
attempt to channel some expression of this joyous state of being."
