William
James Moxham was born in Kansas City on the morning of April
26, 1977. He was raised under the strict Asian discipline of
his mother until age 10. He learned from her the importance
of organization and how to give proper respect to all things
around. She displayed to him exactly what it means to be strong.
His father took lead in his life during adolescence, allowing
him an abundance of freewill and free expression, teaching him
by example the true meaning of being humble. William believes
that with the combination of a sturdy, disciplined mindset,
the complete awareness of freedom, and real friends, anything
can be accomplished.
William continues to strive and learn how to create in the expressive
world. He graduated from The Kansas City Art Institute in 2001
with a BFA in Illustration and Graphic Design. He is also a
devoted musician and is always building on his home recording
studio, where he loves recording anything beautiful. He continues
to show art in galleries, restaurants, private parties, and
(now) wine shops! Freelance jobs and commissions keep him busy,
as well as a part-time day job at the wonderful Blue Koi. He
does whatever he can so that he may spend all his time truly
living and seeing the world, creating, being with loved ones,
and celebrating time.
