Zinfandel has a very elegant mouth-feel that some would
call Claret-style. The small additions of Petite Sirah
and Cabernet Sauvignon to the blend add complexity to
the exuberant Zinfandel fruit and structure to the palate.
Aged in 100% French oak, the wine has a deep ruby-black
color, with a bold pepper, plum and raspberry nose. It
finishes with creamy vanilla, and is ready for enjoyment
with grilled meats right now.
