Cabernet Sauvignon is authorized from 10 – 80%; Merlot
up to 80%; and other local red varieties up to 30%. Rosso
must be aged for 24 months.
50/50 Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon blend is bright
ruby red in color, with a delicate perfume of blackberry,
bilberry and prunes. Smooth and refined, it has solid
structure and a long, agreeable finish.
