Sheridan Vineyard's first harvest was in 2000, with
a continuing focus on sustainable farming practices and
low yields as the vineyard matures.
This blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 20%
Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet rim and an opaque
core. A rich nose of black currant, cedar shavings, and
blackberry liqueur explodes from the glass. The palate
is fleshy and dense, with layers of chocolate, roasted
almonds, and fudge brownie. The wine is fully integrated
and balanced with firm tannins, sweet fruit, and great
right now but will shine for the next decade. Whenever
you pull the cork, it will be perfect with the
“Basque Lamb Stew” from our Wines
