Fuissé amphitheater. It was while exploring
these very vineyards recently that we discovered
this beautiful wine, and we are delighted to now
be able to share it with you!
parcel is vinified separately to ensure the finest
expression of the fruit, with half the wine fermented
in enameled tanks and half in neutral oak barrels.
Subtle mineral notes combine with yellow fruits,
flowers, fresh hazelnuts, and spices to provide
the perfect equilibrium that will allow it to retain
its vibrancy for years to come.
