in small oak vats rather than large tanks,
and the wine is aged for 18 months in new French
The wine has a deep, rich color, with expressive aromatics
and well-rounded, richly fruit-flavored character.
Good fruit flavors, great length on the palate, and
well-balanced tannins all contribute to the extended
aging capability of the wine.
