White Wine TÖRLEY GRAND CUVÉE Hungarian Brut Sparkling Wine   "With great diligence and persistence I succeeded in producing something far superior to the Champagne sparkling wines known so far," wrote József TÖRLEY In 1882, when he decided to put the knowledge he had acquired in Reims to use in his own country. He found an ideal place for the production of sparkling wine in Budafok. Here, just as in the home of sparkling wine, Champagne, cellars carved out of limestone ensured the steady temperature essential for making good quality sparkling wine, and for 125 years now TÖRLEY sparkling wines have represented tradition and quality and remain popular in Hungary and throughout the world. TÖRLEY's flagship sparkling wine is a wonderfully creamy brut blend produced in the traditional method. It has been bottle-fermented for 18 months and is made of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. The gently fruity yet harmonious blend make it a perfect fit for any occasion.

Red Wine 2006 Clayhouse "Adobe Red" Paso Robles, California   This lip-smacking wine was created with grapes sourced from five appellations on California's Central Coast, along with Lodi in Northern California. The blend is Paso Robles (31%), Monterey (40%), Lodi (12%), Santa Barbara (11%), Hames Valley (5%) and Santa Lucia Highlands (1%). Four different red varietals were blended together to create the finished wine: Zinfandel (58%), Syrah (17%), Petite Sirah (13%), and Malbec (12%). The Adobe Red is a proprietary blend with ripe flavors of cherry, plum and vanilla bean, with rich spicy blueberry and cherry notes. The tannins are supple, and the balanced oak character adds an additional vanilla note.
