Brut Prosecco NV
is made from grapes of the same name grown near the
graceful slopes of Valdobbiadene, next to the beautiful
hill-top town of Conegliano in the Veneto region of northern
Italy. In part because of its proximity to
Venice, Prosecco became the aperitif of choice for Venetians
in the 19th

the nose, notes
of unripe apples, lemons and grapefruits,

10% Cabernet Sauvignon,
7% Syrah, and
3% Mourvedre blended, then aged 16 months in new
and neutral French oak.
