Brut NV Sparkling Wine
Cape, South Africa
Beck is a giant of the South African wine scene and
has led the country's thundering success since the
end of Apartheid in 1994, a year that saw Nelson Mandela
toast his inauguration as President with a flute of
Beck Brut NV. (Also on the political scene, Michelle
Obama too selected the Beck Brut NV to be drunk
at Barack Obama’s
acceptance speech of the U.S. presidency.)
Beck is the last word when it comes to Méthode Cap
Classique (South African bubbly made in the traditional
method). The Brut NV is made
at their Robertson cellar from a blend of 58% Chardonnay
42% Pinot Noir.
The wine is characterised by light, yeasty aromas, a
rich and creamy complexity, with the fine mousse giving
it freshness and finesse.

Santa Barbara County, California
Cellars is the result of an avid wine collector with
a dream who meets an accomplished
winemaker with a vision. When attorney and businessman
David Hardee and winemaker Joey Tensley (whose name
is virtually synonymous with Syrah in the world of
winemaking) met in 2002, they were quick to recognize
the benefits of combining their passion. With a shared
belief in only the best, they began seeking out the
finest Rhône varietal vineyards throughout California's
Central Coast in a quest to produce truly great wines.
Dark purple in color, with aromas of black pepper
and roasted meat. The palate is concentrated and muscular,
with hints of black currant, charred herbal notes,
and unsweetened chocolate.
by Jennifer is also proud to present our "Cellar
