Jardin en Fleurs
Loire Valley, France
en Fleurs (garden in bloom) refers to the nickname of
Valley, “the garden of France,” due
to the abundance of vineyards and fruit orchards
river. In addition, the grapes are sourced from
the vineyards of Château Valmer, famous for
its exquisite gardens.
occurs in glass-lined, thermoregulated tanks at 19*C
to preserve the aromas and freshness of the wine,
after which it is aged on its fine lees.
luscious wine is pale gold with silver highlights.
Soft and approachable, with fresh fruit aromas of
pears and white flowers. Serve chilled with the "Apple Raisin Bran Muffins" from
by Jennifer Cookbook!
The Lodi region boasts the largest number
of Zinfandel plantings of any viticultural region, with
almost 40% of California’s 52,000+ acres of Zinfandel planted
here. Vines as old as 100 years of age from these vineyards
produce grapes of serious complexity and intensity.
Luscious ripe blackberry, rhubarb, and black cherry aromas
carry through to the palate, with toasty vanilla notes
appearing on the finish from the 10 months spent in American
oak. A small dose of Petite Sirah adds intensity and rich
tannic structure to the ripe, jammy Zinfandel fruit.
