yellow-greenish color is typical of a young Riesling.
Fresh, intense and fruity, it explodes with citrus,
apricot and crisp apple notes that lead to a remarkably
long and very pleasant finish.
white wine is a beautiful expression of the trocken (dry) style of Riesling for which the Pfalz region
is famous. Try it with the “Potato Bread” recipe
from our Wines
by Jennifer Cookbook!
Anselmann is one of Germany’s largest and most
famous family-owned wineries. They are situated
in Germany’s Pfalz region, an endless sea of
vineyards that runs along the German Wine Road
at the base of the Haardt Mountains.
dry Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) is a wonderful
ruby-red color, featuring an expressive bouquet
of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, with
floral aromas. The mouthfeel is quite full-bodied,
rich and ample. Certainly a more opulent and
complex style of Spätburgunder, the harmonic
taste and long finish are quite remarkable.
