Wines for the Wines
by Jennifer Wine Club:
This beautiful wine is crafted from premium Chardonnay
grapes sourced from top vineyards throughout the
Sonoma Coast. It sees very little malo-lactic fermentation,
thus retaining its bright and lively character.
Barrel-fermented and -aged for 10 months using 25%
new French oak, adding a hint of richness. Fresh
flavors of lemons and nectarines are accented by
notes of vanilla, dried herbs, toasty oak and a touch
of sea salt. Pair with the “Banana Bread” from our Wines
by Jennifer Cookbook!
delicious wine is 100% Pinot Noir sourced from
two different Sonoma Coast vineyards: Pali’s
own estate vineyard, and a small, family-owned
vineyard with whom they have a longstanding relationship.
Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately
in small lots. The wine is then barrel-aged for
10 months using approximately 25% new French
Fresh, light red fruits leap out of the glass,
supplemented with baking spices and earthy hints
of fresh-picked mushrooms and black tea. Pairs
