Côtes du Roussillon is more similar to Spain
than it is to its French cousin Languedoc. The
indigenous Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan grapes
used in this wine are each vinified separately
in stainless steel tanks before blending.
Dark, clear garnet color, aromas are of black
fruit and toasted wood, with gamey hints developing
over time. Harmonious, fresh, and full-flavored
on the palate, it shows roasted notes and a slight
