The grapes used for this beautiful wine are hand-picked
and -sorted from estate vineyards in Apalta, the
most prestigious site in the entire Colchagua Valley.
The wine is aged in 60% American and French oak
barrels and 40% in stainless steel tanks for 12
months. It is then carefully cellared in bottles
for six additional months before release.
Red-violet in color, brilliant and vivid, the
wine has ripe blackberry, tobacco, and spice notes.
A remarkable combination of ripe fruit mingles
nicely with oaky vanilla tones. Juicy, full, and
concentrated, it has a softness in the mouth that
finishes with raspberry and plum tannins and a
touch of tobacco.
