- Made in the same
méthode traditionnelle as Champagne, the wine is a blend
of indigenous Savoie varietals Altesse and Molette. Beautiful aromatic finesse,
with an elegant perlage and remarkable acidity, try with the “Baked Clams” recipe

- This Napa Valley
white is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Chardonnay
and barrel-aged as a single blend. It has a very pale and delicate
straw color, with intense fruit aromas of pear, lemon custard,
pineapple and guava. Crisp and dry in the mouth, with bright
pear tones integrated with subtle citrus flavors and fruity,
tropical highlights. The slightly creamy mouthfeel leads to
a long, bright and clean finish.
- Maremma is the last
wild corner of Italy, an area that eluded farming and provided
a natural refuge for many animal species for centuries. The winery is located
in the heart of this region, and is currently being converted to organic cultivation.
Their Sangiovese is bright ruby red, with aromas of morello cherries, wild berries
and a moderate spiciness. On the palate, it reveals a full
flavor of both intensity
- This Sonoma
County meritage is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon,
Cab Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot that leads with raspberry, black cherry,
and wild flower aromas. In the mouth, lovely red currant
cassis flavors, with excellent
structure providing a cellaring potential of 3 – 5 years.
- This elegant, well-balanced Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon is laced with black
cherry, boysenberry and a deep raspberry richness. It has hints of chocolate
with a smooth, delicate touch of vanilla oak and soft tannins. Pair this wine
with your favorite beef dishes, grilled meats, and hearty pastas.
- The family established their 365-acre certified biodynamic vineyard on
the western side of Ballard Canyon in the Santa Ynez Valley in 1994. This Cabernet
Sauvignon is loaded with aromas and flavors of high toned fruit, violets, vanilla,
and nutmeg that just explode from the glass. A big texture and great structure
keep the wine well balanced and smooth across the palate, with ripe tannins that
carry the flavor on and on through a long, delicious finish.
