- Prototypical Grüner
Veltliner from the northern Weinviertel, the wine shows a fresh
nose of apple and hay with elegant citrus aromas. Fermented
in 100% stainless steel tanks, the wine aged sur lie for several
months to build its elegant style, resulting in large amounts
of creamy apple fruit on the palate.
- This Spanish white
from Monterrei shows lively aromas reminiscent of local, wild
herbs such as thyme and lavender. The palate is signature Godello
in its textural qualities and persistent, crisp presence. Bottled
after six months of lees aging, these wines stand to drink
well upon release, but will also benefit from some bottle aging.
- Bright ruby in color,
this French Bourgogne shows classic Pinot aromas of ripe
and pulpy cherries. The juicy mouthfeel combined with supple,
tannins make for an enjoyable accompaniment to the “Strawberry
Yogurt Bread” from our Wines
- The blend for this
Chilean red from the Maule Valley is 87% Cabernet Franc,
6% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, and
Petit Verdot, with aging taking place for 12-14 months in
100% French oak, of which 20% is new. Deep ruby-red color,
with intense fruit aromas of strawberry, black cherry, and
blueberry accompanied by spicy notes of bay leaf, white pepper,
and an interesting hint of tobacco. The voluminous palate
has smooth, elegant tannins and a tremendously long finish.

from our Wines
- This Crianza is
a blend of Tempranillo from Rioja vineyards in the foothills
of the Cantabria range and Garnacha from the high Najerilla.
All fruit is hand-picked in 200 kg crates and then hand-sorted
at the winery. Lean and shiny, with a red-ruby color. The
nose is eminently fruity, with spiced cherry notes intermingled
with vanilla characters. The palate is smooth and elegant,
with persistent fruit and subtle tannin.
- The Lodi region boasts
the largest number of Zinfandel plantings of any viticultural
region, with almost 40% of California’s 52,000+ acres of Zinfandel
planted here. Vines as old as 100 years of age from these vineyards
produce grapes of serious complexity and intensity.
Luscious ripe blackberry, rhubarb, and black cherry aromas carry through to the
palate, with toasty vanilla notes appearing on the finish from the 10 months
spent in American oak. A small dose of Petite Sirah adds intensity and rich tannic
structure to the ripe, jammy Zinfandel fruit.
