- Founded in 1950 by
second generation Italian immigrants, this Mendoza winery sources
its Torrontés fruit from Salta. Pale yellow color with
subtle golden flashes and
very aromatic in the nose, with elegant notes of citrus and
jasmine. Medium-bodied, with good acidity and great persistence
on the long and pleasing finish. It pairs very well with salads,
seafood, sushi, Asian food and steamed vegetables.
- Located in the
southern part of Napa Valley, Yountville is well-suited for
Chardonnay due to the cooling effect generated by nearby
San Pablo Bay. This unoaked
Chardonnay has excellent fruit characteristics of pear, green
melon, and a hint of vanilla. Try it with the "Pineapple
Cheese Toast" recipe from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
- This blend of Grenache,
Syrah, Mourvedre, and Cinsault is a deep purple color. Aromas
and flavors of spicy black raspberry, blackberry pie, ripe
plum and briary loganberry fruit mingle with hints of white
pepper, cocoa, crushed rocks, smoke and savory spices. Dense
and structured yet surprisingly rounded, this is an excellent
example of how well the Rhone varietals have taken to the
terroir of Paso Robles.
- Fruit for this
Malbec is sourced from estate vineyards in the prestigious
Maipu region of Mendoza. Bright purple in color, with aromas
of blackberry, plum, and black cherry leaping from the glass.
Nuanced flavors of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, violets,
and leather, with just a touch of sweet tobacco finish. Supple
tannins and a fresh line of acidity provide perfect balance
on the fresh finish.
- The wine is produced
by a small, family-owned, boutique winery
with fruit sourced
single estate vineyard located on the gravelly slopes of
Santiago's Maipo Valley. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot and Cabernet Franc results from meticulous grape selection
and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Complex and
velvety, with a soft structure, spicy tannins, and a fruity
finish, try with the “Laura's Beef Burgundy Stew” recipe
from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
- Paso Robles is
one of California’s largest and fastest-growing wine regions,
with over 26,000 vineyard acres and more than 200 wineries.
Poised and ready to defend its 2016 WBJ® March Madness title,
this Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of black cherry,
Flavors of black cherry, black raspberry, pomegranate, and
white pepper dance with a kiss of brown spice and expressive
tannins on the balanced, persistent finish. Enjoy with beef
stir-fry or chicken with port wine sauce.
