- Located just 30
minutes from Barcelona in the iconic Cava-producing
region of Penedes, this project brings together the knowledge
of nine different wine-elaborating cooperatives from different
Denominations Origin in Catalonia. This brut is a traditional
blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada that undergoes
a second fermentation in the bottle, and receives a minimum

sushi, and curry.

pleasant tannins. Persistent and pleasantly bitter, pair
with turkey or game dishes.

Rosso come from the same vines that produce their Brunello
DOCG, and receive the same attention and benefit from several
green harvests and selections in the vineyard. Suited to
all courses, this wine is particularly tasty with vegetable
soups, cheese, and first or second courses featuring red
- This estate has
been the property of the same family for centuries,
and is one of the oldest in the community of Montalcino.

undergrowth, violet, and musk. Intense flavors and pleasantly
tannic, with a lively, harmonious and lingering finish. Pair
with the “Stuffed Cannelloni” recipe from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
- Now well into their
fourth generation, this venerable McLaren Vale producer is
one of the finest in Australia. This Shiraz is laden
with dark cherries, rhubarb, plums and aniseed,
by a hint of fine, subtle oak and lifted with a sprinkling
of pepper and spice.
