& White Wines
- Established in
1960, the winery is
nestled at the foot of the hill of Cartizze in the prestigious
Valdobbiadene zone of Treviso. The blend for this Prosecco
is primarily the traditional Glera grape, with a dash of
added to achieve the beautiful pinkish hue. Delicate aromas
of strawberry, wild cherry and a note of citrus are mirrored
on a finely balanced and long palate.
- In 1936, Quincy
became the second appellation ever created in France, behind
only Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The sandy, silex-ridden topsoil
with its undercurrent of pink limestone is truly unique,
unlike any other Sauvignon Blanc appellation in the world.
This Vieilles Vignes wine is made from vines planted from
1905 to 1943. Pale yellow color, with white fruit aromas
leading to a very balanced and satisfying palate of citrus
- The estate is located
amongst the vast hills of the Tuscan countryside, in the
heart of the green vineyards of Montepulciano’s Vino
Nobile wine-growing area. The wine is primarily Sangiovese and a
small percentage of Merlot. Aged six months in French oak,
the color is an intense ruby-red, with aromas and flavors
of red fruit and berries, with flowery undertones.
- This family-owned
estate is one of the five founding wineries of the now famous
Margaret River district of Western Australia. Their Shiraz
gives elevated floral notes of roses and subtle violets,
with flavors of dark black cherries, blueberries and mulberries.
Well-integrated and finely woven with subtle sweet oak, a
delicate acid line and chalky structural tannins.
- Named after the
local schist and granite found in Alentejano, the wine is
a blend of Touriga Nacional (60%) and Syrah (40%) co-fermented
with a small amount of Viognier. The wine is bottled after
minimal aging in wood to fully capture the fruit character.
It is a rounded, smooth wine with notes of damsons, chocolate
and spice all harmoniously balanced.
- From Tempranillo
vines averaging between 15-25 years old, this Ribera del
Duero red wine allows all the black cherry, licorice, espresso
and loamy earth
to mingle with the firm tannins and fresh acidity
that impart structure. Shows plenty of lively fruit balance
that should allow it drink nicely over the next 10 years.
