- A blend of traditional
Cava grapes with an additional dash of Chardonnay, this brut
nature Penedes cava is bright yellow-gold in color, with an intense bouquet of
green apple and stone fruit. Dry and elegant, with fresh
acidity and balance from 24 months sur lie aging. Ideal for
appetizers, cold meats, fish, shellfish, cheeses and white
- Founded in 1892,
this Chilean producer is now in its fifth generation. Many
of the vines planted are over 90 years old, carried over
pre-phylloxera, by the first generation. This Sauvignon Gris
is pale yellow color, with fresh peach, tangerine and honey
by subtle floral and herb notes. Silky, but with impressive
heft and lift to the juicy citrus and pit fruit flavors.
Tarragon and candied orange zest notes cling on a very long,
seamless finish that leaves dusty mineral notes in its midst.
- Tupungato is the
cultural center of Mendoza’s Uco de Valle region. This Malbec
is a beautiful red-purple color, with a vibrant nose of red
and black cherries
and ripe plums that combine with floral touches of violets
and rose petals. Nice, full tannic structure, with vanilla,
chocolate, and some spice on the long and complex palate.

- Priorat is one
of only two regions (along with Rioja) in Spain designated
as DOCa, the highest qualification level for a wine region
according to Spanish wine regulations. This is the landscape
in which this winemaker creates his scant production
of 2000 bottles, selling the rest of the harvest to
other producers. A blend of Garnatxa, Syrah, Carinyena and
a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a smooth and subtle
wine, overdelivering with flavors of cooked strawberry, turned
earth, and herbal notes.
- These wines are
small-batch, one-time releases that represent the best of
and appellation. This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from
Red Mountain, one of Washington’s most prestigious AVAs.

from Malvasia grapes grown in the hilltop vineyards of Casorzo
and its neighboring villages, this soft, frizzante wine

rich, aromatic, and sweet, it is low in alcohol, and as a
result can be enjoyed at any time of day. Ideal with desserts
and fruit salads, this is a comfort wine for all seasons
