- Growing in Chile's
cool Leyda Valley, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc shows a thin,
firm line of acidity revealing rich, salty minerality, citrus
and herbal flavors. The texture is both light and tight,
with a refreshing finish reminiscent of the juice of freshly
squeezed limes. Ideal for oysters on the half shell!
- This domaine enjoys
a long and storied history as one of the very top producers
in all of Alsace. Their lovely Pinot Blanc is
light-bodied and fresh, with lemon zest and Thai basil accents
playing off secondary apple, stone and blanched almond notes.

- This Umpqua Valley
Pinot Noir is a lovely
transparent ruby color, with aromas dominated by ripe red
hints of cranberry, and overtones of wild herbs and flowers.
The flavors add raspberries to the cherries, with some orange
pith, coffee and mocha. Nice, supple mouthfeel, with acidity
that gives it a nice zing on the moderately long finish.
- Made with fruit
from 35-year-old vines growing in the hills of the Roussillon,
this wine is red-garnet in color with violet reflections.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, and Syrah,
it has intense aromas and flavors of red berries, blackcurrant,
and licorice. Soft tannins make for an easy-to-drink wine
that will pair well with sausages or grilled red meat.

Sauvignon comes from 45-year-old vines grown biodynamically
on 4.5 hectares of rock-hard clay and limestone soil terraces
in the heart of the Languedoc. A wonderfully earthy and full-bodied
wine loaded with dark cherry and plum fruit backed by an
and rustic, earthy minerality. Perfect with grilled meats!

blend is Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit
black appearance tinged with bright crimson, with a complex
bouquet of pronounced ripe fruit and spicy, peppery notes
that reveal Malbec as the unquestionable star of the blend.
Generous and well-balanced on the palate, with roasted notes
that reveal well-managed oak aging. Concentrated yet silky,
with velvet tannins bringing elegant structure.
