- This California
bubbly is filled with aromas of apple, pear, touches
of caramel, and yeast. The tiny bubbles fill the glass and
to taste this delicious treat. This Brut pairs well with
the "Baked Clams" recipe from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
- This Blaye-Côtes
de Bordeaux white is 100% Sauvignon. It offers a beautiful,
pale-yellow color with silver highlights and a complex and
nose of lime, grapefruit, boxwood and exotic fruits. In a
warm Bordeaux vintage, Sauvignon Blanc goes toward tropical
and yellow fruits, making it ripe but also light and crisp.
This refreshing, rounded wine is ready to drink, and is ideal
for grilled fish, shellfish and seafood.
- Capturing the essence
and excitement of Central Otago in every glass, the hand-picked
fruit of this dramatic Pinot Noir embody the character and
purity of a beautiful wine region. Bursting with floral aromas
and red currant perfume, it is rich and juicy with delicious
raspberry, wild strawberry, and spice flavors.
- This red Burgundy
comes from vineyards in the Côte de Beaune
and Côte de Nuits. The vines range in age from 56 to
88 years and are farmed sustainably. The major part of this
wine (80%) is matured in barriques (15% of which is new oak),
and the remainder is done in stainless steel. This maintains
a pure style with bright fruit and a fine texture.
- This organic Medocino
Zinfandel features aromas
of black cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit that combine
with a hint
of graphite, cigar
box, and vanilla oak baking spice loveliness. Smoothly textured
in the mouth, the palate is very creamy and round, with a
long finish filled with lush, jammy fruit.
- This McLaren Vale
red is a winemakerís blend from plantings of old vine Shiraz,
Sauvignon and Mourvedre. It is a complex blend, full
of robust and concentrated blackcurrant, plum and cherry
flavors. Rich, smooth and balanced, with wonderful
spice and fennel aromas on the palate.
