& Rosé Wines
- Made in the “Champagne
Method,” this 100% Pinot Noir Cava from Penedès spends
14 months in bottle prior to release. Beautiful cherry/coral
color with a bright
stream of fine bubbles. Light and spicy on the front, highlighting
flavors of wild red fruit, rich cranberry, and strawberries
and cream, with a racy acidity balancing the generous, toasty
finish. Perfect with the “Good Morning Quiche” from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
- This wine is an
assemblage of fruit from vineyards throughout the Willamette
owes its pale pink hue to a brief saigneé of
Pinot Noir. Flavors of fresh, wild red berries and
cherry blossoms are joined by refreshing acidity, providing
a perfect complement to a wide variety of dishes.
- The Emilia-Romagna
region may not be as well known as its northern Italian neighbors,
but it’s one of the country’s richest regions. A well-known
magnet for lovers of good food, good wine, and fast cars,
it’s home to Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati, as well
as motorcycle maker Ducati. This is also the area that gave
the world prosciutto, balsamic vinegar, parmiggiano-reggiano
cheese, and tortellini pasta, any of which would be delicious
with this tasty and well-balanced red wine.
- Thanks to the relationship
formed during our visit last year to this prestigious South
African winery, we are pleased to present to you their legacy
CMS red blend. Sold out and no longer produced, this traditional
Stellenbosch blend is full of bright red and black fruit
flavors, with plenty of tangy acidity and firm tannins providing
structure and longevity.
- This California
red blend is 48% Sonoma County Zinfandel, 27% Paso Robles
Petite Sirah, and 25% Lake County Barbera. Black cherry flavors
flood your senses on the front of this vinous roller coaster,
but it quickly dips into fresh blueberry and savory flavors
such as white pepper, Asian spices, and smoked country ham.
- The Haut-Médoc
is a vast vineyard area located in the north of Bordeaux
between the Gironde estuary and the Atlantic Ocean. This
prestigious region has built its reputation on Cabernet Sauvignon,
the emblematic grape variety of Médoc. This rustic,
complex wine shows the dark fruit notes and muscular, earthy
minerality that only Haut-Médoc can bring. This is
a red Bordeaux to savor early and often with the “Blue Cheese
Pork Tenderloin with Merlot Sauce” from our Wines
by Jennifer® Cookbook!
