- Located on the edge
of central Europe’s vast Pannonian plain, Burgenland is Austria's
easternmost wine region. Made from very ripe grapes harvested
as late as November, this Grüner Veltliner shows great
depth despite its light, fresh palate. With creamy notes of
the softest touch of vanilla, this is a more contemplative
and rounded, yet still very fresh version of this classic Austrian
- Founded in 1875,
this is one of the Rheingau’s younger wine estates.
The estate cultivates 222 acres of vineyards, of which 100%
are planted with Riesling. This medium-bodied
Riesling Trocken (dry) is pure and intense, with the
typical density and power of

- This Certified
California Sustainable Winery is located in the
heart of Sonoma County’s famed Russian River Valley. This
elegant Pinot Noir is brilliant crimson in color, with pleasing
of baking spice and vanilla. The palate is marked with stunning
fruit flavors of lush wild blueberry, raspberry and blackberry,
with undertones of roasted hazelnut. The finish is long,
graceful and sophisticated.
- This noted Rhône
Valley producer also runs
a successful negociant business purchasing grapes
and they often represent some of the best values in the region.
Their Côtes du Rhône rouge shows plenty
of pepper, leather and garrigue characteristics in a medium-
it over the coming 2-4 years.
- This winery is
a union of one of Argentina's most respected
and experienced winemakers with a nearly century-old
Argentine family whose sole objective is to produce wine
of unquestionable, superior quality. Intense fruity aromas
of raspberry, plum, blackberry and cassis continue on the
palate of this light-bodied, easy-to-drink Malbec.
- Capturing the region’s
authenticity and allure, this winery honors the unique
spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Their Horse Heaven Hills
Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color, with spice-driven
aromas, and notes of cinnamon,
soft entry onto the palate leads to rich, black cherry, black
currant and dark chocolate flavors. Pair with "Basque Lamb Stew"
