Sparkling & White Wines

  • A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Macabeo, this pale-yellow Cava shows vivid greenish reflections, fine bubbles and persistent foam. Intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers are balanced by well-integrated acidity on the long and satisfying finish. Quite possibly the perfect toasting wine for Valentine’s Day, or any day!
  • Clare Valley soils have profiles that lend themselves to growing Riesling of exceptional distinction, character, and longevity. Brilliant in clarity, pale straw in color with youthful green tints. Intense aromas of fresh limes, floral notes and garden perfumes lead to generous flavors of limes, lemons and citrus. This dry Aussie white is made to either drink now or to put down for many years, its core of natural acidity providing terrific balance, great palate length, and supreme satisfaction. Red Wines

  • The 2015 vintage was fast and furious, early and unrelenting, and marked the earliest harvest in this Willamette Valley winery's history. The Pinot Noir cluster size was very large and the grapes were full of bold flavors. This is a vintage of large yields and exceptional quality. Sassafras, red cherry, blackberry, briar, stems, dust, smoke and baking spice are present in the nose. Wild blackberries, black currant, dark cherry, baking spices, black plum and cola come through on the palate. All in all, just an exceptional Oregon Pinot!
  • This Super Tuscan is ruby red color with purple highlights. Intense fruit aromas of cherry and small berries. Medium structure and great balance, the wine is pleasantly fresh with soft, well-integrated tannins and good persistence. The blend is 50% Sangiovese/35% Merlot/15% Cabernet Franc. Perfect with pasta dishes.
  • The winery is located in the Abruzzo, the region of central Italy near the Adriatic Sea where the native Montepulciano grape flourishes. A unique position of the vineyards benefits from the sea and the mountain breezes, producing wines that are full in body and truly representative of the region. This 100% Montepulciano sees no oak, resulting in a clean, fresh and approachable wine. Deep in color, with plummy notes on the nose, rich, supple and accessible on the palate, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to pizzas and Italian red sauce dishes.
  • This Rhône domaine is situated on the picturesque foothills of Mount Ventoux in the village of Mazan. The young winemaker is sans doubt the leader in quality in this appellation. Their 35 hectares of estate vineyards are aggressively cropped to produce half the yields of their neighbors, making the wines deeply textured and intensely fruited. This Rhône blend is 50% Grenache/30% Syrah/10% Carignan/10% Mourvèdre. The vines grow on soils made of clay and limestone. After a three-week vinification, the wines are aged sur lie for nine months before being bottled for your tasting pleasure!

The Wines by Jennifer® Wine Flights program was developed to allow introduction, exploration and comparison into specific wine styles, regions, varietals, wineries and winemakers. The Port Flight will consist of three 1-ounce pours, served in unison.

Featured Flight: West Coast Cabernets

Known as the King of Reds, Cabernet Sauvignon is the product of a chance crossing between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc during the 17th century in southwestern France. The classic profile tends to be medium- to full-bodied wines with high tannins and noticeable acidity that contribute to the aging potential and pairing with hearty meals.


  • The idea was simple: with a home base in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the winery could explore all the exceptional growing regions of the Pacific Northwest. They believe that geographic boundaries shouldn’t define the wine that is in a bottle, so although the wine is uniquely Washington, the winery is proud to call Oregon home. This wine is vinted to be fresh, approachable and ready for any occasion. Bursting with aromas and flavors of blue and black fruits, chocolate and black cherry framed by sweet vanilla and cocoa from the oak on which it was aged. A shining example of Washington Cabernet!
  • Paso Robles has approximately 40,000 vineyard acres planted with wine grapes, and is well known for its Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rhône-style wines. With a greater day-to-night temperature swing than most other appellations in California, distinct microclimates, diverse soils and a long growing season, Paso Robles is a unique wine region blessed with optimal growing conditions. This Cab features aromas reflective of the Paso Robles earthy terrain with dark cherry, ripe plum, blueberry and notes of vanilla. The mouthcoating palate offers a medium-bodied wine with flavors of cassis, black currant and anise spice, framed with smooth, silky tannins on a flavorful, lingering finish.
  • The North Coast AVA is one of California's premier wine-growing regions, covering more than three million acres in Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake counties, as well as parts of Marin and Solano. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and San Pablo Bay to the south, the area is composed of rugged coastal ranges, volcanic mountains, gentle rolling hills, deep valleys and wide alluvial plains. With tremendous diversity in soil types and microclimates, the North Coast produces grapes that are deeply influenced by terroir, infusing the wines with character and a unique sense of place that can't be found anywhere else in the world. This North Coast Cab shows decadent toasted oak notes from the blend of American and French oak aging, and black cherry and sweetened cranberry on the palate. This is a New World, fruit-forward, full-bodied, and delightfully structured wine.
