White Wines

  • This Tuscan white is a blend of Trebbiano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Delicate floral notes lead the way, with hints of stone fruit and minerality combined with a pleasant freshness.   • For the past 10 years, this Mosel winemaker has been on a quest to revive the dry Riesling style of his grandfather. This dry Riesling is produced exclusively with fruit from estate vineyards in Ürzig and Erden that have iron-rich red slate soil. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in 3,000-liter oak casks and left on the lees for more than 12 months, it shows plump grapefruit and juicy yellow apple notes tinged by bramble and spice.

Red Wines

  • All of the Pinot Noir fruit is purchased from exceptional vineyards spanning 200 miles and three counties (Santa Cruz, Sonoma, and Mendocino). Tart and racy, this tasty Pinot glides effortlessly from raspberries to subtle hints of blueberries. Crisp and beautifully balanced, it will pair superbly with a lightly-seasoned, grilled salmon.
  • This 100% Nero d’Avola is ruby red with purplish highlights. Good intensity, with red fruit, balsamic and floral hints. Well-balanced, full-bodied, and long-lasting, the warm, spicy ending is complemented by a subtle wood character. It matches with first courses, barbecued and roast meat, game birds and seasoned cheese.
  • This rock star winemaker has been making wine in California for nearly 50 years, and is currently plying his trade in Lake County. The wine is aged in equal parts French, Hungarian and American oak, but only 15% new, allowing the fruit, spice, and earthy complexities to remain focused. After barrel aging, small percentages of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon are blended into this Malbec to dial in the balance.
  • With holdings of 30 hectares in the Entre-deux-Mers region, the estate vines are grown on clay-limestone soils with an average age of 30 years. This typical Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc is aged for 12 months in oak, 30% of which is new. Earth and dark fruit notes carry the day, with hints of dried herbs, a little pipe tobacco, and a touch of mint adding character and complexity.
