Rosé Wine

  • The estate has 44 hectares planted to vines along the limestone, clay and rocky slopes which form the “Massif” of La Clape in France's Languedoc region. All fruit is hand-harvested and hand-sorted, then pressed immediately. Vinification is done with reductive techniques to minimize potential oxidation. The blend is 45% Mourvedre, 45% Grenache, and 10% Syrah, notable for its bright acidity and complexity of the fruit aromas on the nose. Raspberries, fresh strawberries, ripe peaches and citrus aromas lead to a supple, silky, and long palate.

Red Wines

  • The harmonious notes of red fruit are perfectly representative of the estate Loire Valley vineyards. Aromas of strawberries, red currants, and cherries soften the spice notes. A wonderful freshness makes this delicate Cab Franc easy to drink. Light, subtle, and elegant, this fruity wine is perfect with fowl or other white meats.
  • The organically-farmed Bobal grapes come 65-year-old vines planted at 3,000 feet above sea level in the interior of Spain's Valencia region. Aged for six months in new French oak, the color is bright purple, with oak-spiced aromas of dark berries and violet. Supple and expansive, the wine offers gently sweet cherry and blackcurrant flavors that become spicier with air. Silky tannins give grip to the sweet, persistent finish.
  • The blend is 85% Syrah and 15% Garnacha aged for three months in neutral French oak. Black cherry and blueberry aromas lead to a rich, plush, savory wine which finishes smooth. Shockingly good for the money, try this DO Carinena blend with a juicy BBQ burger.
  • Aged in American oak for three months, this well-crafted California red wine is characterized by blueberry flavors, waves of dark cherry, and hints of vanilla and spice. The unique blend is 60% Zinfandel, 20% Syrah, 10% Merlot, 5% Ruby Cabernet, and 5% Tannat, resulting in a tasty, unforgettable wine.

Dessert Wine

  • This Spanish Moscato from Valencia is floral, tangy, and refreshing. Although the region is best known for their delicious oranges, it has also proven to be the perfect climate for making these effervescent, slightly sweet, fruit-flavored wines.
