White Wines

  • True Napa Sauvignon Blanc character shines through, with lemon/lime zest and citrus blossom combined with mouthwatering acidity that showcases a crisp, clean and elegant wine. The blend of early and later picked blocks bring in more mature aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee, and fresh apricot.

  • This is a rare and unusal white wine made from Malbec grapes sourced in Mendoza's Uco Valley. Lightly pressed and then fermented without skin contact for just a hint of pale pink color. On the nose, there are fragrant floral notes of violets, mulberry fruit, peach and strawberries combined with aromas of cinnamon, clove and oak. There is a sweetness of fruit which is mouth filling and unctuous, leading to long lasting flavors of fruit and spice.

Red Wines

  • Produced from two amazing vineyards, this rustic and elegant Mendocino County Rhone-style red wine is proof that California can produce serious wine at a reasonable cost. With 14 months in barrel, the wine balances beautifully between its primary aromas and softened tannins. Pair with the “Grilled Lamb Kebobs” from our Wines by Jennifer Cookboo for a fantastic food/wine experience!
  • Full-bodied with a modern Super Tuscan style, this wine is rich with silky tannins and flavors of mature blackberry fruit and cocoa. Vibrant, fresh fruit flavors from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot weave together with finesse, each adding its own distinctive character.
  • This Coonawarra Cabernet is born in the unique cigar-shaped land of rich red soil known as terra rossa. Home to some of Australia’s most famous vineyards, the secret of Coonawarra lies within the bond between its famous soil, the limestone layers, pure artisian water, and a long, cool ripening season.
  • This Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and intense ruby color. Coffee, cassis, cappuccino, tobacco and various spices contribute to this wine’s complex bouquet. Full bodied in the mouth, its tannins are firm, its flavor deep and rich. Try it with the “Chicken Liver Pate” from our Wines by Jennifer Cookboo!
